Pup Pup Fro-Yo with Cricket, Chia and Honey

Makes 12, 20g servings, 30 calories each

Ingredients:

7 oz (200g) Plain, low-fat yoghurt (185 cal)

1 tsp (5g) Chia seed (25 cal)

2 tbsp (30g) Cricket Hop Co. Cricket Flour (105 cal)

¾ tsp (5g)  Honey (48 cal)

Fresh or frozen Blueberry (10g)


Method: Mix well and pour into an ice cube tray, roughly 20g per cube. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until solid. Once frozen, place individual Fro-Yo cubes in a ziplock bag to avoid freezer burn. Serve 1-2 cubes as a refreshing treat.
