DELIVERIES:

Pup Pup Foods Ltd. will endeavour to deliver the products to you within the allocated lead-time stated for each product at the time of purchase/checkout, where this is practical. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. Please note that Pup Pup Foods Ltd. is not responsible for delays due to third-party carriers. We understand shipping delays may occur, so please reach out via email:

with your concerns and we will try to resolve the issue. If for any reason the delivery is delayed for more than 30 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

Upon delivery of items, you will have a 48h window to ensure that all goods including exterior packaging in the internal structure of products (Chews) are fully intact as intended by us. After this 48h period, we cannot accept responsibility for claims of damaged goods. Please reach out to us at hello@puppupfoods.com and we will be happy to replace them for you.

Please note that Pup Pup Foods. does not sell individual packets of our products on our website and so we cannot offer a refund or exchange in the event that your dog does not enjoy the flavour. As we only sell boxes of our products on our site, in order to offer you better prices, we suggest that you purchase individual products through online platforms or physical stores before you commit to purchasing a complete box from us. This will allow you to taste test our full product range on your pup and make sure they enjoy them all.

We're certain they will. However if they do not, and you are still not fully satisfied then there is an option to return the product through the official channel of the affiliated website. We would however like to know of any issues before it got to this stage so please let us know why you were not happy with the product. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated. THIRD-PARTY SELLERS:

Please note that any products ordered via an E-Commerce seller, retailer, distributor or affiliate which is not Pup Pup Foods. through our official site, www.puppupfoods.com is no longer the responsibility of Pup Pup Foods Ltd. Any damage which may have been, incurred through transportation, shipping and handling is no longer our responsibility, therefore we cannot guarantee the quality of the packaging or structure of contents when it arrives to you as it has been handled by a third-party. Unfortunately, if this does occur then please contact the distributor or retailer directly.

TERMS OF SALE:

These Terms of Sale/supply ("Terms") should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. They will tell you information about us and the legal terms and conditions on which we sell any of the goods (“Goods”) listed on our website (“our site”) you.

These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Goods to you (“Contract”), whether you submit an order via our site. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Goods from our site. Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these Terms. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any Goods, whether from our site.

Each party acknowledges that in entering into the Contract it places no reliance on any representation, warranty or other statement relating to the subject matter of the Contract, other than as expressly set out in these Conditions and any acknowledgement of the applicable Purchase Order.

The parties are with respect to each other independent contractors and nothing in these Conditions or any other document referred to in them shall be construed as creating a partnership or other fiduciary relationship between the parties. Neither party shall have the authority to bind the other or impose any obligations on it for the benefit of any third party.

The Seller shall be entitled to carry out its obligations under the Contract through any agents or sub-contractors appointed by it.

If the Buyer has placed an order as a consumer (as defined by the Distance Selling Regulations 2000) without meeting the Seller face to face then the Buyer may cancel that order at any time within seven days of receiving the Goods without liability to the Seller except any direct cost incurred by the Seller in relation to the Goods being returned and the Seller will refund to the Buyer any part of the Price that the Seller has received, provided that the Goods are returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

This right to cancel shall not apply where the Goods in question are perishable. For your information, the vast majority of goods sold by the Seller are perishable (including, but not limited to, complimentary foodstuffs).

PRICES AND PAYMENT:

The Price is exclusive of all taxes and duties including, but without limitation, the value-added tax which shall be payable by the Buyer in addition (if applicable). Save in respect of export orders or unless agreed otherwise, the Price is inclusive of the cost of delivery to addresses in the mainland of the Republic of Ireland, Great Britain and Northern Ireland. US sales may be subject to individual state sales tax. This information is calculated at checkout when you enable your location finder.

In general, unless agreed otherwise, the Price payable under the Contract shall be paid by the Buyer prior to or on dispatch of Goods to the Buyer.

No shipment will be made until 100% of the funds have been transferred or are received into the appropriate account.

The Seller reserves the right to increase the Price if any extra cost is incurred by the Seller after quoting the Price as a result of the inaccuracy or incompleteness of any instructions issued by the Buyer, or as a result of any failure by the Buyer to supply any information, drawings or specification required to enable the Seller to proceed with the Contract.

Promotional discount codes may be given at our sole discretion on terms and conditions notified at the time of the relevant promotional offer or discount (“Discount Code”).

If a discount code has been used within an order which was unauthorized, then PupPup Foods Ltd. have the right to retract this order. This term also supersedes any other term related to sold goods. This term is related to both consumer and trade customers.

OUT OF OUR CONTROL UNFORESEEN EVENTS (ACTS OF GOD):

If for some reason out of the control of either party (Act of God) prevents or delays the performance of any of its obligations by a Force Majeure Event then the party prevented or delayed will be excused from the performance of its obligations from the date of the occurrence of such Force Majeure Event for so long as such Force Majeure Event continues and shall not be deemed to be in breach of these Conditions or the Contract or otherwise liable to the other party in any manner whatsoever.

Pup Pup Foods Ltd. will therefore not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by An “Act of God” an event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation: strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disasters, or failure of public transport networks and private telecommunications black-outs.

CHANGES TO OUR POLICIES:

Pup Pup Foods Ltd. reserves the right to change, amend and remove any terms which we see fit. It is not our responsibility to update you on every change so please review our policy and terms every six months or so. If you feel like we are missing something important then please let us know and we can update accordingly.

Pup Pup Foods are within our rights to update, amend or remove certain content which we do not deem essential or informative from our site as we see fit.
